What your team does
Your team work together to ensure smooth daily operations by handling communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks. We maintain an organized and efficient workspace, fostering teamwork and cultural work. We also collaborate on projects, solve problems, and support different departments to help achieve company goals.
What you will get to do
As an office Manager at Qliro AB, you are responsible for the office and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office in Stockholm. You are Qliro´s primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients, ensuring they are greeted and directed appropriately. Additionally, you are supporting all other departments and staff members with different type of inquiries. This position is until august 2026, but for the right person there will be good chances to stay within the company.
For example your tasks include (but are not limited to):
- Handle the daily office operation.
- Implement and enforce office and company policies and procedures to optimize productivity and maintain a professional environment.
- Responsible over the culture building and work from the office department.
- Collaborate with different departments to support and coordinate various projects.
- Responsible for all suppliers and vendors for example agreements and purchases.
- Be the main contact for office related matters.
- Book, coordinate, and handle advanced itineraries.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ensuring the office is well-functioning and up to standard (flowers, cleanness, kitchen, etc.).
What you bring to the team
- You are outgoing and understand the importance of being the first impression to our employees, customers, clients and vendors
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, in both English and Swedish.
- Flexible way of working that can work in an ever-changing environment.
- Ability to work independently, handle your own workload, but also ask your team for help when needed
- Can handle changes and adapt your hours to the needs of the office and people working close to you.
- Can handle multiple projects at once, highly effective when it comes to prioritisation
- Can work fully on-site.
- Collaborate with all the departments within the company.
- Be able to handle all office programs, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel amongst others.
- You are solution orientated with a positive mindset and a can do attitude
