We're seeking part-time Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service teams within Customer Operations. In this role, you'll deliver outstanding experiences for our customers while contributing to our exciting journey of growth and development.

The Role
As a part-time Customer Service Agent, you'll provide support to customers across all Nordic markets. At Qliro, we invest in your professional growth and provide clear advancement pathways, allowing high performers to develop their expertise and build a rewarding career in customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Create WOW experiences for Qliro customers by expertly handling inquiries
- Manage customer service interactions via phone, chat, and email
- Identify customer needs to achieve exceptional satisfaction
- Work toward individual and team KPIs for customer satisfaction and efficiency
Your Profile
- Fluent in English plus one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish)
- Service-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Detail-focused with strong multitasking abilities
- Structured, flexible, engaged, with excellent communication skills
- Quick learner comfortable with digital tools
- Previous customer support experience is a plus!

- Location: Qliro office in Odenplan, Stockholm
- Start date: April 2025
- Employment: Part-Time (flexible hours available)
- Working hours: Weekdays 8am-5pm with occasional weekend work if needed
