What you'll be doing:
As a Sales Executive in our SME e-commerce team, you'll play a key role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities in the Nordic market. Working closely with the Head of SME Sales and a collaborative team, you'll help shape our sales approach while building strong relationships with future Qliro customers.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle—from prospecting to go-live—and act as a trusted advisor to potential clients.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sales processes with small- and medium-sized e-commerce businesses
- Source, qualify, and engage new leads through outreach, networking, and research
- Represent Qliro externally—at meetings, events, and in day-to-day conversations—with a clear understanding of our value to merchants
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Risk, Legal, Tech) to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
- Continuously improve our sales process and bring ideas to the table that help us work smarter and close faster.
- Stay close to market trends and competitor activity to keep our positioning sharp
What we're looking for:
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, curious, and driven by results. You enjoy taking initiative, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and are confident navigating complex deals.
You likely bring:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in e-commerce, payments, or SaaS.
- A proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and hitting targets.
- Strong communication skills—you know how to build trust and influence decisions.
- A structured way of working, with the ability to manage several opportunities at once.
- High energy and adaptability—you stay focused and keep momentum even when things get busy.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
