Our Accounting team plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining smooth payment flows, and driving process improvements.
What your team does
The Accounting team is responsible for daily bookkeeping, legal reporting, and financial analysis. The work spans a mix of senior and junior tasks, from high-level cost analysis to hands-on daily accounting. While some processes are still manual, we are continuously working to automate and improve efficiency. The team also collaborates closely with the Service Desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
What you will get to do
- Handle daily accounting, including processing bookkeeping files from pre-systems, reconciling bank accounts, and ensuring accurate transaction records.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing payments, including daily merchant settlements and invoice management.
- Support the team with legal reporting and cost analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and the Service Desk, to address financial inquiries.
- Work on process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in daily operations.
- Take part in month-end and year-end closing processes.
What you bring to the team
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within financial services.
- Relevant education, or additional working experience.
- You have a structured way of working and ambition to develop your accounting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and a curiosity for system-driven process improvements.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Experience with Business Central, Exflow, and Adra is a plus.
