Sales Executive

We are growing and to establish our presence in Finland we’re opening up our new office in Helsinki. As one of our first Sales Executive towards Small and Medium Enterprises, you will work closely with your team; our Country Manager, a seasoned commercial leader within the payments industry as well as two other Sales Executives. In your role, you will expand Qliro’s market presence by establishing partnership with some of the leading e-commerce merchants in Finland.
As a Sales Executive within SME, you will:
- Initiate and drive complex sales processes with small- and medium-sized e-commerce companies in the Finnish market
- Prospect, collect & analyze intel, reach out, "kick-off & kick-on" in all sales phases from cold call lead to go-live
- Collaborate with your colleagues across Qliro to ensure a seamless experience for the merchant when coming on board to Qliro, including approval processes, internal alignment, and project management
- Represent Qliro at market events creating brand and solution awareness and positioning the company on the market

We believe you have the following background:
- We believe you are a true hunter with a "go-getter" mindset, a positive attitude, and someone who is solution oriented
- You love over-deliveries, both inbound and outbound, and handle expectations management in both directions
- You set ambitious goals for yourself and do what it takes to achieve them
- You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role, if this comes from a company within e-commerce, payments or similar this is even better!
- You are structured and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders
- High energy and engagement to cope with pressure and occasional tight deadlines
- You are fluent in Finnish and English, both speech and writing
