What your team does 

Your team, Merchant Development, is part of the Commercial team at Qliro. The Team is responsible for managing and developing relationships with the company's enterprise merchants with a strong focus on driving mutual growth and success through close collaborative partnerships

What you will get to do

• Lead and nurture relationships with our largest existing merchants, ensuring their success and satisfaction while driving business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and strategies that meet our merchants’ requirements.
• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.

What you bring to the team

• At least 4 years of complex key account management experience, preferably focused on e-commerce companies and/or payments.
• Proven experience in managing complex negotiations.
• You deliver service to our merchants beyond their expectations
• You are structured and enjoy working with several different teams and stakeholders.
• High level of energy and engagement, ability to work under pressure and occasional tight deadlines.
