About the role

As a Pre-Collection Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely payment processes for customers in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. Your main responsibility will be to connect with customers over the phone to provide friendly reminders about invoice due dates, while maintaining accurate records and positive relationships.

This part-time role is ideal for someone proactive, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you’ll do:

• Contact customers in a professional and friendly manner about upcoming invoice due dates.
• Verify and update customer contact information to ensure accuracy.
• Record all interactions and updates in our system with precision.
• Follow up on payment arrangements and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve invoicing issues effectively.

What you bring to the team:

• Fluent in Danish or Norwegian, plus Swedish.
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools.
• Previous experience in first-line support, customer service, or a similar role is a strong advantage.
• A proactive, positive mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
• Reside in the Stockholm area and can commute to our office in Odenplan (with flexibility for remote work).
