What you will get to do
As a Technical Advisor, you’ll be handling external & internal inquiries in the team’s applicable channels. Be responsible for feedback & complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within our KPI’s and time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of interactions, process in- & outbound inquiries and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. You’ll be a vital part in ensuring our merchants’ satisfaction.
- Enroll and Onboard Merchants in relevant technical systems
- Be responsible for the initial technical trouble shooting for Merchants
- Test and implement new features in our modules.
- Drive feedback and improvements areas both within the department but also cross function.
- Have a good understanding of our backend and APIs to ensure it is handled correctly.
- Play an active role in supporting Key Account Managers and stakeholders with technical knowledge and guidance.
- Handle daily operational tasks. Drives automatization improvements related to the tasks.
- Continuously improve process documentation
What you bring to the team
- You are a quick learner with basic skills and experience from working with REST APIs
- You have experience from working with finance and payments solution (technical or non-technical) like payment processing or compliance is an advantage
- Are fluent in English, verbally and in writing
- Have a technical and analytical mindset, and take pride in knowing your domain thoroughly
- Are a critical thinker, comfortable with complexity and can navigate unclear situations in a calm and confident manner
- An excellent problem solver with a sense of ownership and great attention to detail
