Are you passionate about safeguarding and delivering exceptional service? We are currently seeking a highly analytical individual with a technical mindset to join our fraud team as a Fraud prevention Card Specialist.

We are seeking a Card Specialist with a proven track record in establishing effective fraud detection rules for card payments and instant payment methods. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up fraud alerts to identify potentially suspicious patterns and conducting thorough transaction reviews and investigations for high-risk transactions across all Qliro markets and products. You will need to closely monitor, identify, and proactively address emerging fraud trends and new patterns to prevent fraudulent activities.

• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and potential fraud indicators.
• Utilize your proven track record of establishing effective fraud rules for card payments to enhance detection capabilities.
• Investigate and analyze flagged transactions to identify fraudulent patterns and trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement and refine fraud prevention strategies and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fraud detection and prevention.

We believe you:

• Have a proven track record of setting and applying effective fraud detection rules in a card service environment.
• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and anomalies in data.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, fluent in Swedish both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
• Are detail-oriented and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with fraud detection tools and software is a plus.
