Are you a driven and tech-savvy leader with a passion for empowering teams and optimizing processes? We’re looking for a Merchant Support Team Manager to lead and develop our growing Merchant Support team at Qliro. In this role, you’ll lead a team of six and report directly to our Head of Merchant Success.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of currently six Merchant Support Agents & Merchant Underwriters – and help grow the team as our merchant base expands.
- Own and optimize team performance, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of support for our merchants.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and act as a bridge between support and product/tech to drive merchant-focused improvements.
- Drive operational excellence through clear processes, structure, and continuous improvements.
- Support the team with hands-on coaching, including regular 1:1s, quality assurance, and performance reviews.
- Analyze team metrics, report on KPIs, and turn insights into action.
- Contribute to merchant success initiatives by participating in or leading cross-functional projects with a technical and operational focus.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members to build a strong, scalable support function.
Who you are:
- You’ve previously led teams and know how to bring out the best in others — this is not your first team lead or team manager role.
- You’ve worked closely with technical teams before and are comfortable operating in a tech-driven environment.
- You bring experience from project management or operational roles in merchant success, e-commerce, or fintech.
- You are structured, proactive, and confident in balancing strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.
- You communicate clearly, give actionable feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Fluent in English and Swedish (or another Nordic language).
