Are you a creative strategist with a passion for content, campaigns and brand?
Qliro is growing fast and we're now looking for a Marketing Manager to strengthen our team. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving B2B fintech environment and wants to create marketing that drives both engagement and growth.
Your mission
As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead our content, social media, brand storytelling and support event marketing initatives. You’ll work closely with our CMO, Growth Marketing Manager and Designer to deliver high-impact marketing that strengthens Qliro’s position in the Nordic market.
This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with structure, and strategy with hands-on execution.
Your key responsibilities
- Drive and own Qliro’s content marketing and SEO strategy
- Create and manage content across web, blog, guides, native ads, newsletters, SoMe, PR, product and internal communication
- Lead our social media strategy and content calendar
- Plan and execute creative campaigns together with design and performance
- Drive partner marketing, including webinars and supporting event marketing
- Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all touchpoints
- Work with data: analyze, report and optimize based on insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product and commercial
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead

- Asana (project & content planning)
- HubSpot (CRM, marketing automation, CMS)
- LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads (organic & paid social)
- GA4 (SEO & analytics)
- Figma (collaboration with designers)
- Slack & Teams (internal communication)
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years experience in a similar B2B role (SaaS, fintech, e-commerce etc.)
- Strong writing skills in both Swedish and English, additional Nordic languages is highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in content strategy, campaign planning and event marketing
- Comfortable working across channels, from LinkedIn to SEO to PR
- Structured, driven and highly organized
- Experience with HubSpot CRM/marketing/CMS platform
- A relevant academic background is a plus
