What you will get to do
As our Product CRM Specialist, you will be the expert driving our customer communication strategy. Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, you will work closely with a dedicated development team to create seamless and effective communication flows that support the customer journey. Using a mix of channels—including email, text messages, push notifications, and in-app messaging—you will ensure that our communication is clear, relevant, and action-driven.
- Build, optimize, and maintain automated lifecycle communication in Braze to improve the customer experience and business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaborations to define automation project needs, set expectations, and ensure effortless execution.
- Implement and analyze tracking mechanisms to measure performance and continuously optimize customer communication.
- Write and refine targeted messaging that aligns with our brand and ensures customers receive the right message at the right time.
- Manage and maintain the relationship with Braze, ensuring we fully utilize its features and capabilities.
- Stay up to date on CRM trends, automation best practices, and emerging technologies while documenting processes for scalability and knowledge sharing.
What you bring to the team
- Experience working with Braze to execute and optimize communication strategies.
- Exceptional copywriting skills in Swedish, with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand messaging that drives action.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize communication flows accordingly.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively across teams.
- SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
