What you will get to do:
Become a driving force behind Qliro's innovative sales strategy. Working closely with the Head of SME Sales and your team members, you'll take the lead in identifying and nurturing potential leads to bring exciting opportunities to life. You'll personify the essence of Qliro to potential clients, spearheading our expansion by forging meaningful connections and igniting fresh avenues of growth.
- Initiate and drive complex sales processes with small- and medium-sized e-commerce companies in the Nordic market
- Prospect, collect, analyze & verify intel, market yourself as Qliro representative, reach out, "kick-off & kick-on" in all sales phases from cold call lead to go-live
- Be part of developing Qliro’s sales process together with the rest of the sales team and continuously improve their sales process to convert leads to paying customers
- Build strong internal advocates to ensure a seamless experience for the customer when coming on board Qliro, including approval processes, internal alignment, and project management
- Represent Qliro at market events creating brand and solution awareness and positioning the company on the market and in the ecosystem.
What we are looking for:
- We believe you are a true hunter with a "go-getter" mindset, a positive attitude, and someone who is solution-oriented. You love over-deliveries, both inbound and outbound, and handle expectations management in both directions. You set ambitious goals for yourself and do what it takes to achieve them.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of Sales Executive experience, preferably in an e-commerce, payments company, or similar.
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting and strong relationships.
- You are structured and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders.
- You have the interest and ability to multi-task and navigate around different areas.
- High energy and engagement to cope with pressure and occasional tight deadlines
- Fluency in Swedish and English
