We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Marketer to join our fast-paced and ambitious teams. You will become an integral part of a small yet dedicated marketing team, collaborating closely with our sales teams in both the Enterprise and SME segments.
As a Digital Growth Marketer at Qliro, your primary focus will be driving demand generation by acquiring high-quality leads for our commercial teams. You'll lead the optimization of all digital channels with a hands-on, data-driven approach. Your passion for the field will keep you constantly inspired and curious about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, enabling you to bring innovative ideas and tools to the table and keep Qliro at the forefront of the industry.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Crafting and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals, with a sharp focus on lead generation and demand creation
- Managing and optimizing the company’s digital presence, embracing the website, SEO/SEA efforts, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns
- Maximizing the potential of HubSpot marketing automation to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our overall marketing strategy and channels
- Continuously testing and analyzing different channels and strategies to gauge their effectiveness, employing a data-driven approach to optimization
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing and growth
The ideal candidate thrives in a rapid growth environment and relies on data to drive decision-making and results. You should be autonomous, eager to take ownership of the digital marketing domain, and adept at leveraging technology and data to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in HubSpot marketing automation, coupled with familiarity with a broad spectrum of digital marketing tools and platforms
- A solid grasp of SEO/SEA, social media advertising, and email marketing is essential
- You have worked with paid marketing, mainly towards LinkedIn and Meta
- An autonomous, hands-on approach to work, with a strong inclination towards data-driven experimentation and optimization
- The ability to work independently, think creatively, and iterate quickly is essential
