What’s the deal?

As a Finnish speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be handling incoming calls and e-mails from Qliro customers in Finland and help find the best possible solution to their concerns. You will also have an important role of being the customers voice within Qliro, by bringing customer feedback and needs forward to your colleagues working with product development.

You will be a part of the Finnish customer service team, which currently consists of 6 team members, both full-time and part-time employees. Hae nyt mukaan iloiseen tiimiimme!

Together, we work on creating a long-term relationship based on trust with our customers and merchants. We continuously strive towards building additional value for our customers and therefore it is important that you are driven, enjoy a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering awesome customer service.

Also, as we are in a very exciting phase with a fast-growing client base, we are looking for talented people who are responsible, proactive, and continuously look for ways to improve routines, processes and way of work.

Working hours are currently 08:00-17:00 on weekdays.

Who are you?

  • You love service and customers, you are precise, structured and work well under pressure.
  • You are positive and think it is fun to grow in your role. We also think you have good analytical skills and are used to working on a computer.
  • You have good understanding of Finnish and can fluently communicate with Finnish customers in both speech and text.
