We are looking for a Merchant Solutions Manager to ensure the integrability of Qliro merchant products and assist in closing sales deals. You will act as an interface between merchants and the product organization in order to identify whether current needs are being met by the product, and any new requirements the merchants may develop over time.

What you will do:

  • Managing Merchant Onboarding Projects.
  • Managing E-commerce platform module building & similar projects to facilitate product integrability.
  • Maintain and develop product integration tools and documentation relating to all merchant products and e-commerce platform modules.
  • Playing an active role in supporting the Merchant Acquisition team during sales meetings.
  • Manage stakeholders especially with regards to investigation into merchant needs and gather requirements for new features or functionality.
  • Gather feedback on current implementation, features and functionality.
  • Liaise and maintain a relationship with merchant tech teams.
  • Help maintain a good understanding of how merchants operate within Qliro.
  • Act as voice of the merchants and devise solutions to meet merchant needs.
  • Identify room for improvement when it comes to how each individual merchant uses and integrates towards our products.
  • Play an active role in feature rollout.

We believe you:

  • Have a technical and analytical mindset, and take pride in knowing your domain thoroughly.
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience.
  • Are a critical thinker, comfortable with complexity and can navigate unclear situations in a calm and confident manner.
  • Are passionate about showcasing product/feature value to a variety of stakeholders.
  • An excellent problem solver with a sense of ownership and great attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as a technical project management especially in ecommerce and/or payments.
  • Previous experience in product development and/or business analysis is a plus.
  • Preferably Swedish speaking
