We are looking for an Engineering Manager that can help us continue our journey of fast-paced development in an agile and collaborative environment, leading an integrated and cross-functional software development department for our Consumer Products.

As our Engineering Manager, you will marry the needs of hands-on software development with focus on strategy, innovation and curiosity. You will be working closely with our CTO, Engineering Managers, Product Development and Engineering teams in creating a motivated and fast-moving fintech company.

You will be leading the agile development teams for our Consumer products, consisting of approximately 20 developers. You will be a member of the Tech management team together with our CTO and key tech leaders in our company. Together with the teams you will be setting up best practices for sustainable and maintainable future proof development and creating a safe and inclusive working environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an experienced leader with both a strategic and pragmatic mindset
  • Has experience from working in different agile environments and know what works and what doesn’t
  • Has a delivery mindset, that thrives on customer impact
  • Has a strong ability to collaborate and influence internally and externally
  • Has leadership experience with a proven track record leading agile development organizations
  • Has a solid development background, working with large and complex software products and development initiatives
  • Have worked with web, app and integration development
  • Is fluent in spoken and written English
