Technical Advisor to Merchant Support

We are expanding, and we need people who share our vision and want to be part of an amazing team providing a WOW experience to our Merchants. You now have the opportunity to be highly involved in influencing Qliro's Merchant future and development journey.
As our technical Merchant Support advisor, you will be one doing the first troubleshooting in technical issues connected to our merchants. You will be working closely with our tech team but will be our first line of defense to troubleshoot, redirect and sometimes even resolve errors connected to specific merchants.
What you’ll do:
• Identify and understand merchants’ issues and help with troubleshooting/solving the problems
• Do fast troubleshooting in all our key systems to support the tech teams with ensuring bugs and incidents are routed to the correct team with an allocated priority. The first technical point of contact for all merchant related errands
• Play an active role in supporting Key Account Managers in technical discussions
• Work closely with Operations, Tech and Sales as well as some key external partners
• Be involved in new launches, product changes and key initiatives that will impact our merchants
• Help maintain a good understanding of how merchants operate Qliro’s products
• Act as voice of the merchants and devise solutions to meet merchant needs
• Work in a constantly changing environment
We believe you:
• A very self-driven individual who has a sense of urgency in delivering great quality to all our merchants
• Enjoys many contact points and has a good understanding of everything that goes on in the company
• Familiar with REST APIs /listeners/ SDKs
• Someone who has a technical basis with an ongoing degree or newly graduated
• Driven by always delivering the best support to our merchants.
• Extra bonus is any knowledge within React, GitLab, AWS or .NET Core
