Are you an experienced Product Owner/Technical Project Manager looking for the next step in your career? The Merchant Solutions team is at the interface between Product and Market. Apart from launching new merchants, the Merchant Solutions team is critical to POC development, feature rollout, maximizing value from features developed, Qliro’s international expansion as well as finding creative ways to push products and services out to market. 

As a Merchant Solutions Specialist, your role is to ensure the integrability of Qliro merchant products and assist in closing sales deals. You will act as an interface between merchants and the product organisation in order to identify whether current needs are being met by the product, and any new requirements the merchants may develop over time. A good understanding of the market, payments and merchants is expected so as to be actively involved to ensure product-market-fit and sales.

What you’ll do:

In this role you will manage merchant onboarding projects for large and enterprise merchants. You will also manage e-commerce platform module building and similar projects to facilitate product integrability. Another important part of your day-to-day job is to act as the voice of the merchants and devise solutions to meet merchant needs.

  • Develop and maintain product integration tools and documentation
  • Play an active role in supporting the Sales team during sales meetings and supporting KAMs of our current portfolio, as required
  • Manage stakeholders especially with regards to the investigation into merchant needs and gather requirements for new features or functionality
  • Gather feedback on the current implementation, features and functionality
  • Help maintain a good understanding of how merchants operate within Qliro and how they use Qliro’s products
  • Identify room for improvements in how individual merchants use and integrate towards our products

  • Are passionate about showcasing product/feature value to a variety of stakeholders
  • Value data and are comfortable using data to make an argument or tell a story
  • Have previous experience in technical project management especially in e-commerce and/or payments
  • Have minimum a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Fluency in Swedish and English is required. Previous experience in product development and/or business analysis is a plus.
